Tender Description
The Yarra Ranges Shire Council invites tenders from suitably experienced parties for Old Emerald Road Monbulk, Road Pavement Rehabilitation (‘the Works’), (Melways Ref Map 122 K9).
Quantities specified in the Schedule of Prices are estimates only. The Principal does not guarantee the correctness or accuracy of these quantities. Tenderers shall take out their own quantities at the time of tendering. These quantities will form part of the contract.
Tenderers are advised that the construction start date is as soon as possible and the project must reach Practical Completion by 30 June 2019.
Tender submissions must be received by the TENDER CLOSING TIME or as otherwise changed by addenda.
Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
