Tender Description
AlburyCity Council (Council) invites suitably qualified Tenderers to submit a Tender for the Beautification of Wagga Road (Stage 2A) between Kaylock Road & McDonald Road
The works included in this Contract comprises the provision of all materials, (unless noted
otherwise) plant and la b our of whatever kind necessary for the construction of roadworks,
drainage, landscaping, retaining walls, footpaths, passive recreation areas, habitat creation,
driveway construction, and associated work as follows:
- Site preparation removal of existing infrastructure, road pavement, kerb and gutter,
- redundant driveway s and specified trees and the like.
- Construction of a new vegetated medians on Wagga Road , including splitter islands at
- the intersection of Wagga Road and McDonald Road ,
- Approximately 83 00 square metres of Asphalt overlay for Wagga Road,
- Removal of existing Kerb and Gu tter and placement of approx. 33 0 metres of new Kerb
- and Gutter.
- Installation of approx. 730 metres of Semi Mountable Kerb and associated concrete
- paving for Centre Medians,
- Installation of 750 metres of subsoil drainage, pits, and associated works,
- Installation of approx. 1370 metres of concrete paving,
- 1 000 square metres of topsoil, filling, shaping,
- Line marking and associated signage works
- Installation of Trees and Grasses
