Tender Description
Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified contractors to carry out the following outline scope of works:
* Shade sail structure including steelwork and concrete piers;
* Concrete steps;
* Rubber softfall;
* Steel balustrade and gate;
* Landscaping and planting;
* Brick paving.
The works are to be carried out strictly in accordance with the requirements in this document. To have quotations considered, contractors will need to ensure that all required information requested in the Request for Tender document is provided.
The works are expected to commence in January 2019.
