Tender Description
RFQ201812 Council’s IT services were outsourced to Datacom in 2015 after a competitive tender process, with desktop services, storage and other capabilities being delivered via Remote Desktop Services from Datacom’s premises off-Island. The 3-year contract with Datacom is nearing its end and Council has determined to issue this RFQ both to gauge the current state of the IT services market, and to seek quotes on additional services to streamline Council’s administration of its IT capability.
