Contract 750T – Reconstruction of Bluestone Laneway
Abutting 58-72 Hope Street, Brunswick
Moreland City Council is seeking suitably qualified contractors to undertake Reconstruction of bluestone laneway abutting 58-72 Hope Street Brunswick.
The reconstruction work involves approximately 792 sqm of bluestone paving, 224 sqm of concrete paving, 130 sqm of asphalt paving and 235 m of 300mm to 375mm diameter drainage pipe.
Service levels are to be provided by the Contractor in accordance with ‘Best Value” aimed at achieving an environmentally responsible, safe and cost effective outcome for Council.
Tenderers must respond by submitting their tender proposal and completing all highlighted cells contained in the following documents:

Tender documents will be available from 8.00 am (Australian, Melbourne time) Saturday,
10 November 2018.
Tenderers are reminded that a tender is submitted via “Lodge Response” tab and clicking on “Upload File” box. It is preferred if all tender files are compressed (zipped) under one file name and uploaded as one or single file response.
Tenderers are reminded that a tender is not submitted until (1) the “Save” button is selected, and then (2) “Press to Finalise your Online Bid” is pressed.
Tenderers are reminded to view the “Forum” occasionally and review of any public notices or addenda in regard to this tender. Addenda may be issued during the tender period. Advice of document amendments will be issued via the Forum, however the documents will be updated in the Tender Documents tab.
Submissions will only be accepted via Council’s etendering system with a preferred maximum date Upload File of 10Mbyte. Email, facsimiles, hard copy or late submissions will not be accepted.
It is the responsibility of the tenderer to ensure that tenders are received in the tender box by the deadline. Ensure your tender is loaded and submitted prior to the submission time. Note you should commence this well before the submission time (consider commencing 24 hours prior) as you can experience any number of problems and the server can be under load near tender finalisation.
The tender closes at 3.00 pm (Australian, Melbourne time) Monday, 3 December 2018.
Questions must be submitted via the forum on this site. Questions submitted by phone, email, fax or hard copy may not receive a response. Questions submitted three (3) working days before close time, may not receive a response.
Moreland City Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any tender.
