Tender Description
The City of Karratha is calling for Tenders for the provision of a major redevelopment of the Dampier Palms foreshore.
The scope of works includes:
* Removal of the existing playground on the foreshore and relocation at a location in Dampier to be advised to the Contractor.
* Removal of existing exercise equipment to storage at the City of Karratha Operations Centre in the Karratha Light Industrial Area.
* Removal of palm trees from various locations in Karratha and replanting within the Dampier Palms Foreshore. All as described in the tender documentation.
* Smart Power. It is the Principals intention that this project incorporated smart power provisions into the design as described in the electrical specification and drawings.
* Solar Power with battery technology to the roof of the pavilion.
