Scope of work
- Partial demolition of 3 storey balcony and access staircase at the rear of the Kangaroo Hill offices
- Removal of non estential electrical and plumbing componentry from the structure
- Complete minor timber repair on supporting stucture, removal and disposal of decking, handrails and shuttters.
- Removal of existing doors x 3 and replace with x3 fixed frame commercial windows (clear laminated)
