Tender Description
Byron Shire Council wishes to appoint a contractor to supply goods and/or services in accordance with the Contract in Part A5. Byron Shire Council invites you to apply for this role.
The goods and/or services involved include design, supply and install of PV solar installations to 3 sewage treatment plant sites (STP sites) within Byron Shire and are set out in detail in Part A4.
The Contract term is 24 weeks subject to satisfactory performance by the successful tenderer, which will be determined by Byron Shire Council. The decision to offer a contract extension will be at Council’s sole discretion. The Conditions of Tender set out the details of how you may submit your Tender. You must complete the returnable schedules in Part B and submit them.
The anticipated start date for the contract is 13 December 2018.
