The purpose of this tender is to engage a suitably experienced and qualified consultant for the development of a five year Business Plan and Site Master Plan for Maitland Gaol, a State Heritage listed former gaol, to ensure its long term sustainability and reaffirm its position as one of the most iconic and unique tourism attractions in NSW.

Council is looking for the successful consultant to develop plans that are ambitious and innovative yet pragmatic and achievable.

Tenders are invited to prepare and present a five year Business Plan and Site Master Plan for Maitland Gaol together with a Plan of Management for the site in accordance with the brief.

All documentation submitted will be treated as confidential by Council and will be assessed by an evaluation panel under probity.
