* Project manage full End-to-End program of relocating FCA head office

* Details of your corporate and ownership structure, including identification of any relevant Related Bodies Corporate. If you are a subsidiary or controlled by another entity (whether incorporated or otherwise), you must provide details of the legal and financial relationship between yourself and the holding company or controlling entity?
* On site and off site training capabilities. Resource availability to support each.
* Insurance Coverage, Registered trade bodies, OHS regulated?
* Quality management
* What are your core business competencies? (brief statement of what your organization does)
* Where do you have offices that are relevant to this opportunity?
* How long your company has been in existence?

Please complete the attached Non Disclosure Agreement with your respective company details (full company names, ABN and address as highlighted in light yellow in the attached document) and return a signed off copy by the 5th November 2018 close of business 5PM.

Upon sign off and return of FCA Non Disclosure Agreement form, invitation and documents for the RFP Project Management Services tender will be released to selected preferred bidders.
