Tender Description
The successful tenderer will deliver on DFAT requirements by:
1. incorporating into PATH competitive grants mechanisms currently managed by two existing programs delivering essential services, and
2. implementing a new adaptive program that addresses those practical, ‘real world’ issues that hinder the effective funding and delivery of health services by PNG national and provincial governments.
