Sydney Metro West - Property Acquisition Services

⁠⁠⁠The Service Provider is responsible for providing Property Acquisition Services, through the provision of nominated individual team members to the Principal, for embedding in the Project team for the following projects:
* Sydney Metro West; and
* Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport;

The Principal recognises that no single Service Provider can provide all the necessary personnel to provide the Property Acquisition Services and intends to engage a range of service providers under this brief. As such, the Project’s property acquisition team will be an integrated project team, made up of other service providers, contractors and Sydney Metro staff. It will be structured in a series of sub-teams (smaller property acquisition teams), each with an allocated responsibility for elements of the acquisition program. These sub-teams will be progressively mobilised to meet the acquisition program.

The property acquisition team roles covered by this brief include roles as Senior Property Manager, Lead Property Acquisition Managers, Property Acquisition Managers and Property Acquisition Analysts with level of skill and experience commensurate with these roles.
