Construction of Three Car Parks - Various Locations

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this tender is to engage a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor to undertake construction of three car parks at various locations throughout the Maitland LGA.

Tenders are invited to perform car park construction works on three (3) sites within the Maitland Local Government area:

This is a lump sum contract which consists of the following separable portions:

* Separable Portion 1 - Bakers Brickyard Playground, Raworth
* Separable Portion 2 - Metford Recreation Reserve, Metford
* Separable Portion 3 - Denman Street Car Park, Maitland

Tenderers may submit offers for one or more of the separate portions of work. Council reserves the right at its sole discretion to award one (1) or more separable portions to one (1) or more suppliers.

The works to be performed under this Contract include the provision of all materials, plant and labour, and the performance of all operations of whatever kind necessary for the complete and proper construction of the works associated with this contract.

Practical completion is required within six (6) weeks of possession of the sites.

All documentation submitted will be treated as confidential by Council and will be assessed by an evaluation panel under probity.

Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to the Council by the deadline, 2.00 pm on Tuesday 20th November 2018.
