Tender Description
The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the refurbishment of the Waves Leisure Centre Accessible Change room.
The scope of works for this contract include the following:
* Demolition and removal of existing facilities, including plumbing, partitions, floor and wall tiling.
* Provision of temporary unisex accessible change facilities for the duration of the works period
* Construction of a new Accessible Change room as detailed within the attached architects drawings, and associated works.
