Wagga Wagga City Council ("Council") invites Expressions of Interest ("EOI") from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to undertake works to deliver the Riverina Intermodal Freight and Logistics (RIFL) Hub Project for the City of Wagga Wagga. The project comprises three related packages of work as follows:
Package A : Master Siding
Package B : Terminal
Package C : Industrial Precinct
The proposed scope of work for the Project includes but is not limited to:
* Package A: Construct Master Siding: earthworks, fencing, services, signalling, light vehicle crossings, siding railroad including rails, sleepers, ballast & associated works.
* Package B: Terminal. Bulk earthworks, dam construction, landscaping, hardstand and parking area, drainage, fire water storage, communications systems, administration building, water reticulation, fencing, gates and boom gates.
* Package C: Industrial Precinct. Bulk earthworks, sediment dam construction, pavement construction including AC, signage, potable water, road lighting including 415V power supply, communications and reticulation along frontage of allotments and relocation 132kV overhead power lines.
