Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of an existing classroom Block (Block F) at Mansfield State High School, located at 328 Broadwater Road, Mansfield, QLD, 4122.
The works consist of the refurbishment of 9 General Learning Areas in Block F to create a new music block for the school. Works include external glazing and acoustic treatments and involve a design component. All works are to be completed by Friday 1st February 2019.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC Level 2 and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

Tender Documentation will be available from Thursday 25th October 2018 via email emailed to eligible contractors who meet the minimum PQC requirements.
