ARTC would like to engage with a partner to build bespoke leadership development opportunities across its operations. ARTC is looking to partner with an organisation that offers a leadership program tailored to provide the necessary skills for its leaders to create a culture where working safely is recognised as the way they work, through setting clear expectations and managing the performance of their team and individuals.
ARTC has adopted a systems approach to leadership, blended with elements of servant leadership, and ongoing leadership development up and across the organisation is a key element, adopting a common language and approach across its growing operations.
ARTC has as an obligation to develop its leader's capabilities in setting the tone towards a pro-active safety culture through actions and behaviours that inspire their teams.
