Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) would like to invite you to submit a response encompassing the services required to undertake and successfully complete the above.

If you are interested in providing a response for these works, please ensure that you complete and provide the requested information and documentation. Responses must be received by no later than 3.00pm, Thursday 8 November 2018.

Resulting construction arising from this RFQ will be over two Construction Stages; as follows:
1. Preliminaries and construction of foundations for Niche Walls and Seat 4, 5, &6; 15/11/2018 to 29/11/2018
2. Niche Wall and Bench Construction, site cleaning and hand over to SMCT; 09/01/2019 to 25/01/2019

To ensure clarity of the scope of works required in a Respondent's submission, it is strongly recommended that all Respondents attend a half hour site briefing/meeting at Reception, Clarence Reardon Center, 1st Floor, 600 Princes Highway, Springvale at 9.30am Monday 29 October 2018. All questions must be submitted by 3.00 pm Wednesday 31 October 2018, and will be responded to no later than 1.00 pm Friday 2 November 2018.
