Tender Description
The Department of Education and Training (the Department), through the Bastow Institute of Educational Leadership (Bastow) is requesting proposals for the provision of Bastow’s Numeracy Suite, including the Leading Mathematics course and the Numeracy Suite Professional Learning.
The purpose of this RFP is to select an organisation with whom the Department can work to design and deliver the suite of professional learning, to ensure it is contemporary, relevant and innovative.
Scope
The following is within the scope of this RFP. Supplier will be required to:
* design, develop and deliver the Numeracy Suite as a blended learning experience, consisting of a variety of learning modes including face to face and online experiences.
* formatively and summatively evaluate the Numeracy Suite.
* undertake ongoing refinement of the learning experience, informed through formative and summative evaluation.
* organise venue hire and catering for regionally based workshops, as cost recovery items.
Out of scope
The following is not in scope of this RFP. The successful Supplier will not be required to:
* be involved in the participant selection process or enrol participants for any of the professional learning suite;
* evaluate the impact of the course; and
* organise venue hire and catering for workshops held at Bastow.
