Tender Description
Following receipt of funding under the Queensland Government Female Facilities Program, the Capalaba JRLFC, invite building contractors to submit their expressions of interest to be included as a tenderer for the upgrade the current change room facilities. The works consist of internal renovations to create 4 change rooms and toilet facilities.
Additional work will include alterations to verandas and ramps to comply with the Accessible Codes. Interested tenderers are advised to submit their profi le to Greg Kearney Architect, greg@kearney.biz and any request for clarifi cation of the scope of works. Expressions of interest are to be submitted prior to 14/11/18. Tender documents will be issued on 14/11/18, close on 07/12/18 and construction completed March 2019.
