Campbelltown Council is seeking Expressions of Interest to establish a proposed golf driving range on a greenfield site in a local industrial area.
The Council is offering the licence of its three hectare (subject to final survey) site known as part of Lot 104 Hepher Road, Campbelltown.
This is a unique and rare opportunity for the establishment of a golf driving range facility within the suburb of Campbelltown, subject to Council approval.

The proposed site is well located within the growing South West Sydney region and is accessible to local services, amenities including Macarthur Square, Western Sydney University and Campbelltown Stadium and major arterial roads.

Campbelltown City forms part of one of Australia's most significant economic regions and is one of metropolitan Sydney's largest growth corridors in the State of New South Wales.

The proposed site provides an opportunity to trade seven days a week with long operating hours for the service of golf driving range activities with associated retail and ancillary cafe facilities, subject to Council approval.
