Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Cladded pressure vessels consisting of separators and scrubbers in sour service, suitable for operation on FPSO facility. Constructed in accordance with ASME Section VIII Div 2. Material of construction are high strength steel / carbon steel with alloy 825 or SS316L cladding. Material exposed to process fluid shall comply to NACE MR0175. 100% Radiography and Post weld heat treatment as per code or service requirement will be required.

Diameter ranges from 2m to 3.8 m. Tan to Tan Length ranges from 3m to 9m.

Wall thickness ranges from 36 mm to 120 mm.

Dry weight ranges from 20 MT to 150 MT.

The numbers will be advised in Execute phase.
