Tender Description
Council is seeking quotations from qualified contractors for concrete works at Hunter Park, Gilgandra.
The scope for this part of the project includes the following works:
* Disabled access footpath 1.2m wide with total area of concrete being 220m² (Refer to drawing HP-003 and HP-004 for footpath layout)
* Concrete slab to suit table settings, Tilba shelter and BBQ area.
* Table setting 2.5m x 2.5m
* Tilba Shelter 4.5m x 4.5m
* BBQ area 8.5m x 4.5m (Refer to HP-002 and HP-005 for details)
* Installation of bench setting, shelters and BBQ units on to concrete slab. Plan of Tilba Shelter (4m x 8m) is subject to change. Contractor will be notified before installation of layout.
* Subcontractor to coordinate the installation of BBQ unit with the electrical connection (By electrician contracted by Council).
* Removal of existing table settings, pavers and footings.
