The City of Bunbury is seeking an experienced consultant to prepare detailed design drawing for the upgrading of Koombana Drive which also includes providing technical specifications, costings and a delivery strategy.
The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to:
a) Review the provided conceptual layout plans (Appendix A).
b) Review the provided Geotechnical Investigation Report (Appendix B).
c) Review the provided feature survey (to be supplied by the City of Bunbury to the successful consultant).
d) Research all existing service locations and environmental constraints.
e) Utilising the provided information, prepare preliminary plans of Koombana Drive.
f) Prepare a preliminary cost estimate for consideration.
g) Prepare a preliminary construction delivery strategy.
h) Consult with the City of Bunbury regarding the recommendation.
i) Prepare detailed design drawings and technical specifications to allow the City of Bunbury to award a construction contract to a civil contractor.
j) Prepare detailed street lighting design drawings.
k) Prepare a detailed cost estimate of the detailed design.
l) Prepare a detailed construction delivery strategy.
