Plumbing and Maintenance Services

⁠⁠⁠The Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Board (MFB) is responsible for providing fire suppression, fire prevention, rescue and other emergency services in the Metropolitan fire district, covering almost 1,096 square kilometres and has over 50 fire stations and supporting buildings within the area.

The MFB is seeking responses to this Request For Tender (RFT 17/034) for the provision of Electrical Services Maintenancefor MFB Properties under a Service Level Agreement (SLA).

The MFB is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver these services.

The initial term of the new Contract arrangementis an initial period of three (3) years with two (2) options to extend the tearm each of one (1) year at MFB's sole discretion. It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on 1st April 2019.

In issuing this RFT, the MFB seeks to identify a Tenderer who is;
* able to provide the Services required by the Metropolitan Fire Brigade and Emergency Services Board (MFBESB) in the manner set out in the Specification
* able to demonstrate a a commitment and ability to working in collaboration with the MFBESB over the term of the Contract and to continuously seek improvement in value, efficiency and productivity in connection with the provision of the services
* Prepared to work with the MFBESB to continue to identify opportunities for improvement in the quality and level of service provided to the MFBESB for the mutual benefit of both parties.

Failure to comply with requirement will eliminate the Offer from further consideration in the assessment process.
