Expression of Interest Property Management Solution

⁠⁠⁠Council has a diverse and increasing property portfolio that is currently being managed using disparate systems.

Council intends to harmonise into one integrated property management solution and is seeking Expressions of Interests from suitably experienced and competent vendors to provide a corporate property management solution that supports Council’s property management requirements, adequately interfaces with Council’s other corporate systems and is agile in responding and adapting to current and future needs.

Following the completion of the Expression of Interest process the shortlisted applicants may be invited to participate in a select Tender.
