John Mactivation Project – Parks Upgrade Works

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver the proposed upgrades to John Macmillan Park, based on the concept plan and advertised scope prepared by the Town, with the aim to revitalise the precinct outside the Town Library along Sussex St.

Tenders shall be submitted on the standard Tender form and shall be in accordance with the specifications which can be obtained from the Town's website at www.victoriapark.wa.gov.au (or see option below) or collected from the Town of Victoria Park Administration Centre, 99 Shepperton Rd, Victoria Park between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday.

All tender submissions should be in a sealed envelope marked with the tender number and tender title addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Town of Victoria Park, Locked Bag No 437, Victoria Park WA 6979. Alternatively, sealed tenders can be lodged in the tender box situated in the foyer of the Town of Victoria Park Administration Office, 99 Shepperton Road, Victoria Park WA 6100 or submitted online (see option below). Tenders must be received on or before 2.00 pm (WST) 07 November 2018.

Late, email or facsimile tender submissions will not be accepted. All or any Tender shall not necessarily be accepted and canvassing of Elected Members and Council Officers will automatically disqualify any Tenderer.
