Tender Description
Golden Plains Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from the market for the provision to tender for the works associated with the Golden Plains Community and Civic Centre.
The project proposes a major extension and refurbishment of the Council offices in Bannockburn, while keeping the council operational for the duration of the project. The works will include an extension of approximately 1500m2 and refurbishment of the existing offices of approximately 900m2
The budget for this project is approximately $7-8 million over 3 stages, with works to commence January 2019.
