⁠⁠⁠The State of Queensland acting through Department of Agriculture and Fisheries is seeking to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement with a panel of providers, to provide Appian Development and Support Services.

The purpose of this Invitation to Offer (ITO) is to establish a long-term relationship with suppliers that can consistently supply key quality services, for the term of this Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) and ensure ongoing competition, flexibility and scalability in service delivery.
