Parramatta Light Rail (Stage 2) - Landscape Architecture and Urban Design Services

⁠⁠⁠In October 2017, the NSW Government announced the preferred nine kilometre route for Stage 2 of PLR. This will connect to Stage 1 and run north of the Parramatta River through the rapidly developing suburbs of Ermington, Melrose Park and Wentworth Point to Sydney Olympic Park.

Stage 2 will have approximately 15 stops, with travel times of around 25 minutes from Olympic Park to Camellia, and a further 8 minutes to Parramatta CBD. Stage 2 will connect to the future Sydney Metro West underground stations, heavy rail in Parramatta and Olympic Park, and ferry services at Rydalmere and Olympic Park.

The Services Provider will work iteratively with a multi-disciplinary project team, with a focus on collaboration and shared responsibility for finding solutions.
