Harry Trott Association Incorporated is a community based sports organisation which has occupied the Harry Trott Oval and Holdsworth Pavilion at Albert Park since 1996. Albert Park is Crown land permanently reserved as a public park under the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 and is managed by Parks Victoria.

Pursuant to the Leasing policy for Victorian Crown land 2018, Parks Victoria intends to negotiate a new long-term lease to Harry Trott Association Incorporated to continue to use the Harry Trott Oval and Holdsworth Pavilion for a sports ground oval and related changing, storage and kiosk facilities and a function and meeting room for social activities usually associated with an amateur sport club, subject to the consent of the Minister for Energy, Environment and Climate Change.
