Middle Park Bowling Club Incorporated is a community based sports organisation which has occupied its premises in Albert Park since 1903. Albert Park is Crown land permanently reserved as a public park under the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 and is managed by Parks Victoria.

Pursuant to the Leasing policy for Victorian Crown land 2018, Parks Victoria intends to negotiate a new long-term lease to Middle Park Bowling Club Incorporated to continue to use its premises for a bowling club and incidental uses, subject to the consent of the Minister for Energy, Environment and Climate Change.
