Quotations are invited for the stiffening and recladding of the barn roof and associated works at the Rosny Barn, 1/22 Rosny Hill Road, Rosny Park, Tasmania 7018.
The Rosny Barn is part of the Rosny Farm complex which is listed on the Tasmanian Heritage Register (THR998).
Only Respondents who are listed on the Tasmanian Government “Tasmanian Heritage Services Directory” in the “Builder” category are eligible to apply (viewable at the below website link).

Quotations can be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Confidential” and with the description and quotation number (Q1257/18) clearly marked on the envelope, or emailed to clarence@ccc.tas.gov.au. Quotations will be received at the Council Offices, Bligh Street, Rosny Park Tasmania 7018 or by email until 4.00pm on Wednesday 31 October 2018.
Quotation documents are available from the Council offices at 38 Bligh Street, Rosny Park.
Neither the lowest nor any Quotation will necessarily be accepted and late Quotations will not be considered.
