Gladstone Ports Corporation (the Purchaser) invites the Bidder to submit its best commercial offer to supply the Backhoe (with attachment(s), if option selected) (the Goods), Delivery Duty Paid, to the RG Tanna Coal Terminal Warehouse, Bryan Jordan Drive, Gladstone, Queensland by the Delivery Date at Site which is to by Wednesday, 28 November 2018 prior to 10.00am.
The Goods are to comply with the attached scope of works and technical specification.
The Bidder’s offer is required to include completed Pricing Schedule Option 1 and/or Option 2, and supply warranty details, training and brochures information.
The Purchaser’s evaluation of the Bidder’s offer will consider the following criteria: lead time, price, quality, technical and commercial aspects.
Goods will be subject to the Purchaser’s Purchase Order Terms & Conditions which are available at: http://gpcl.com.au/operations/procurement-and-tenders.
The Bidder’s offer is required to remain valid for sixty days from the date of closure of this Invitation to Tender.
