Tender Description
Singleton Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the Dismantle of the existing State Emergency Service (SES) Facility at Singleton and the Design, Supply and Construction of a New Facility.
REGISTRATION: Tender documents can be downloaded after registration has been completed (please see option below)
ENQUIRIES: Tender enquiries should be directed to the online forum (please see option below).
SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted via the electronic tender box using the word version of the Schedule/s. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
Late submissions will not be accepted. Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
PRE-TENDER MEETING: Mandatory pre-tender site meetings will be held on 9 October 2018 commencing at 10am AEST. Please refer to Conditions of Tendering for detailed instructions regarding meeting area and locations.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 2.30 pm AEST on Tuesday 23 October 2018 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondents as it sees fit.
PLEASE NOTE: Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
