Barossa Offshore Project FPSO FEED Competition - Lease and Operate Option - Miscellaneous Pressure Vessels

⁠⁠⁠The Miscellaneous Pressure Vessels Package scope comprises:
* Provide engineering, procurement and fabrication services for miscellaneous pressure vessels:

The miscellaneous pressure vessels will mostly be constructed on carbon steel materials, with CRA cladding required for several of the services. A couple of the vessel services will be required to be constructed of low temperature carbon steel. The vessels range in diameter from 0.91 m to up to about 4.88m (or limitation of inland transportation capabilities – by road and/or rail). The heights / lengths range from about 2.95 m to roughly 17.5 m.

The miscellaneous vessels include both vertical and horizontal orientations.
* These vessels will be installed on a floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel. Thus, offshore experience is recommended.
* Materials of construction to be Carbon Steel plus 3 mm corrosion allowance with internal coating and anodes in special cases; and in some cases, Carbon Steel plus CRA (Corrosion resistant material, Alloy 825 cladding and 316 SS internals) cladding; or Low Temperature Carbon Steel and/or 316L Carbon Steel.
* Fabrication and hydro testing of each unit.
* Cleats/supports and ladder/platforms
* Internals (stainless steel minimum) where applicable.
* External painting of each vessel.
* Supply of long term preservation for each vessel.
* Preparation for shipment for each vessel.
* Adherence to ASME Sec VIII Div 1 and Div 2 (some vessels) and B16.5 at a minimum.
* ASME Code stamp and NB registration.
* Applicable local codes.
* Submittal of relevant documentation (data sheet, drawings, code calculations, operating manual, etc.) for operation and maintenance of each vessel.
