Tender Description
The Shire of Yilgarn is inviting tenders for the re-roofing and fascia panel replacement of the Southern Cross Recreation Complex.
The building is located on the corner of Spica and Canopus Street, Southern Cross and the roof and fascia are made from Asbestos Containing Materials. The Shire is looking to have the ACM removed and replaced with a modern product.
Tenders are to be lodged either in person in the Tender Box at the Shire Office, 23 Antares Street, Southern Cross; mailed to PO Box 86, Southern Cross, WA 6426, or emailed to ea@yilgarn.wa.gov.au no later than 12:00pm on Friday 12th October 2018. Late tenders will not be accepted.
