Request for tenders are invited for Landscape Works at Southbank Parklands and Roma Street Parklands.
Separate tender packages and contracts will be issued for both sites.
The works consists of supply and installation of fixed and hydraulic impact rated bollards, concrete walls, sandstone blocks, paving, drainage, electrical work, irrigation, gardens and planting, in challenging site conditions.
The successful tenderer will be required to commence the contract in November, allowing sufficient lead time for bollard supply with construction due to commence in March 2019 at Roma Street Parkland and in April 2019 at South Bank Parklands.
