Tender Description
The drain along the road adjacent to 101/201P was originally installed in 2004 as part of the Dampier Port Upgrade (DPU). This road is a major thoroughfare for all site vehicles.
The edge of the roadway is open and the drain is approximately 1m below roadway level. This exposes site vehicles and personnell to the risk of falling into the drain.
To address this issue, the existing drain will be replaced with an improved drainage design which incorporates a concrete base and retaining wall structure.
Works include:
* Supply 1.52m High Humes L Walls (approximate quantity 72)
* Supply 2.44m High Humes L Walls (approximate quantity 35)
* Supply S40 Fibrecrete (approximate 68 cubic metres)
* Supply stabilised sand (approximate 128 cubic metres)
* Supply labour, equipment and tools to install new drain as per contract design drawings
