Tender Description
The Forest Products Commission intends to release a Request for Proposal that will invite suitably equipped and experienced businesses to enter into a contract(s) for the purchase of up to 100,000 tonnes per year of industrial wood and 30,000 tonnes per year of forest residue or biomass products from the Commission's pine plantations located within 150 kilometres of Albany. The RFP will consider 'sale at stump' and 'delivered price' arrangements, with the term of the contract(s) expected to be three years plus two, one-year extension options.
