Tender Description
HPV is seeking responses for Security Services for Participating Health Services. The envisaged Term of the Agreement is three (3) years with an option to extend for a further 1 x 2 year period.
IMPORTANT: All Comminication for the Tender is through the HPV Procurement Portal at www.hpv.org.au/
In order to receive the Statement of Requirements and Tender Response Worksheet - you must download the Confidentality Deed and return it completed and signed via the HPV Procurement Portal secure messaging facility.
The Statement of Requirements and Tender Response Worksheet will only be provided to organisations registered on the HPV Procurement Portal and who have supplied the Confidentality Deed
The scope of this ITS includes:
* security patrol and mobile patrol services
* emergency code response
* alarm monitoring and response services
* security and building alarm testing
* access and control room services
* ancillary services
* reporting and continuous improvements
Health Services included in the ITS include:
* Northern Health
* Western Health
* Peninsula Health
* Djerriwarrh Health
* Queen Elizabeth Centre
