Tender Description
Queensland Health is seeking one or more non-government organisations to deliver the Individual Recovery Support - Transition from Correctional Facilities Program to support the transition of individuals experiencing a severe and persistent mental illness from correctional facilities to the community in collaboration with the local Hospital and Health Service Prison Mental Health Service.
