Tender Description
At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the scope shall include the following requirements: Design, Supply/Manufacture, Deliver, Install and Commission Rail Communication Systems
* Design, supply, shipping, install, test, commission and integrate the following systems and infrastructure:
* Radio Base Stations (RBS) facilities incorporating equipment shelter, antenna support structure (Tower, pole or mast), earthing system, rectified power system (mains and solar), cable management (cable gantry, pits, conduits, cable tray, etc), equipment racks and power distribution;
* Terrestrial Trunked Radio (TETRA) system to provide voice and data services;
* Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) transmission network that is connected by fibre provided by others. Provision corporate network on the MPLS network and install Principal supplied VoIP telephone; and
* Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and integration of managed/active devices to an existing Network Management System (NMS) to permit monitoring and control.
* Permit and accommodate third party contractors to attend Contractors premises to install communication or signalling equipment and/or cabling into equipment shelters.
* Suppliers and Contractors shall have a proven track record with similar projects.
The Eliwana Project, including this PACKAGE 751ESC0005 is subject to internal approvals. The procurement process or scope, may change at FMG Solomon’s election, including to accommodate project budget and time requirements.
