Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for an expression of interest (EOI) for construction of 6 new schools in South East Queensland required for the start of the 2020 school year.
The schools consist of secondary schools at Coomera, Mango Hill, Yarrabilba and Ripley, a primary school at Ripley, and a special secondary school at Caboolture. The schools at Ripley are envisaged to be let to the same contractor.
EOI submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 3 with QA, and subject to PQC eligibility. Subject to eligibility, contractors can indicate preference for school or schools they wish to tender for.
Submissions will be assessed against provided criteria to determine select tender list for each school.
