EDQ is seeking interest from the market for the sale and delivery of a precinct within the Oxley Priority Development Area (PDA) which will focus on the delivery of Retirement and /or Residential Care and community facilities.
The selection process will consist of two phases:
Phase 1: Registration of interest (ROI) - to identify interested parties
Phase 2: Request for proposal (RFP) - to confirm design outcomes.
