Monash University has a strong history of offering mentoring programs to support student's transition to university.
The scope of this RFP is to procure a mentoring platform that can be utilised on a University wide basis to support a wide variety of mentoring programs. The platform will also need to have the ability to tightly integrate with both the External Engagement platform on Salesforce to ensure the seamless flow of data between the platforms, plus the proposed alumni digital village, which will provide a range of volunteering opportunities to alumni.
The mentoring platform will provide the ability to simplify, elevate and scale mentoring activities across Monash University, and will incorporate the University's existing mentoring programs.
