Tender Description
The work under the Contract includes the fitout of a one storey office and warehouse facility, for use as the Compliance HQ for the City of Rockingham's Compliance Team, and associated site works.
A mandatory site inspection for the contract will commence at 10:00am on Monday, 17 September 2018 at 33 Crompton Road, Rockingham and will take approximately 2 hours. Failure to attend this briefing/site inspection will render the Tenderer ineligible to Tender
Tenders close at 2pm, Wednesday, 10 October 2018 at the City's Administration Centre, Civic Boulevard, Rockingham
Request for tender documents, containing full details of the work and details regarding the lodgement of tenders, will be available for collection from 10am on Monday, 10 September 2018.
Collection methods - The tender documentation can be downloaded by visiting the City's website at www.rockingham.wa.gov.au/Tenders.
The submission of tenders via facsimile or electronic mail will not be accepted.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of the Mayor or Councillors will lead to automatic disqualification.
