Black Rock Centre Streetscape Masterplan

⁠⁠⁠Bayside City Council wishes to engage a Consultant to undertake a place making exercise for Black Rock Centre through a community engagement and design process to create an integrated streetscape masterplan for Black Rock Centre.

The Masterplan will guide the ongoing management and future decision-making for managing and upgrading of the streetscapes of the Black Rock Centre.

Work identified in the Masterplan will be considered during the preparation of future capital works budgets. A site-specific Masterplan for Black Rock Centre will identify implementation projects and actions that are to be carried out in the short and medium term of 2 – 5 years.
