The Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for the HR Rectification Project. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a great team environment on an complete HR domain redevelopment project.
You will report to the Project Manager and work within an small team. The project is currently in its infancy and will grow to include a systems/data analyst, change manager, testers and SME's.
* Develop, analyse and document business process and requirements, identify gaps and opportunities including development of process definition, modelling, data mapping, traceability matrix’s, and other products as required;
* Actively engage relevant stakeholders to ensure the business requirements are accurately captured, agreed, implemented and that stakeholders are fully informed and engaged;
* Communicate with the project team, vendor, business and technical SME's to define the needs based on an understanding of business, information and technical constraints;
* Identify risks, issues and escalate to the Project Manager for review;
* Assist in data migration, procurement, change management and transition out activities
