Tender Description
The Bondi Pavilion Theatre is an air conditioned space that has been functioning as part of the heritage listed Bondi Pavilion since 1974. The existing air conditioning system serving the Theatre, mainly the condenser has reached its end of life and requires replacement.
The proposed work will completely replace the existing weathered and corroded condenser unit with a like for like replacement in the same location to improve internal comfort conditions of the building.
